Green, Herrington & Howell, LLC (GH&H), in conjunction with Southwest Contractors, Inc., is a Commercial Development and Investment extension of Curt Green & Company, LLC. Located in Texarkana, Arkansas/Texas, GH&H specializes in build-to-suit facilities for retail, office and warehouse clients. GH&H has developed property in Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Michigan, Oklahoma, Alabama, Illinois, Kansas, Tennessee and Nevada.

GH&H was formed with the idea of combining years of commercial real estate and construction experience to create a development company that would be a leader and trend setter in the four states area. GH&H is owned by Curt Green, James Herrington and Jimmy Howell, and management of the company is a combination of their strengths. Each owner has a vast knowledge of the commercial real estate development process including site selection, design, construction, financing and leasing.

Southwest Contractors, Inc., is a General Contractor with offices in Texarkana, Texas. Licensed in more than a dozen states, Southwest Contractors, Inc. is a premier commercial construction general contractor. The construction staff is complemented by an in-house architectural group led by an AIA architect. The staff consists of a second architect and two drafting staff devoted to site and architectural plans. All members of the architectural group are experienced, professionally trained AutoCAD professionals capable of delivering all of your design and drafting needs. This combination sets the standard for “full service” and is backed by partners’ 60+ years of combined experience.
